Currently, DN Automotive counts several product families that are designed, manufactured and assembled inside its factories. The division provides Engine Mounts, Cabin Mount, Anti-roll Bushes, Air springs and Leaf Spring Bushes.

1. Engine Mount

Made of vulcanized rubber bonded to a metal support housing, these parts support the engine and isolate the vehicle from engine vibrations.

2. Cabin Mount

Designed to support the cabin and isolate the occupants from structure-borne vibration originating in the engine and suspension.

3. Anti-roll Bushes

This type of bushing, available in both metal bonded and rubber-only versions, supports the anti-roll bar, allowing it to stabilize the vehicle, and absorbs vibrations transmitted from the road.

4. Air spring

Manufactured from rubber coated nylon weave and a metallic or composite piston, this product makes use of the air system on the vehicle to replace the traditional leaf or coil springs.  Air springs allow greater control of vehicle attitude during loading and unloading, improve maneuvering stability of vehicle and load, and reduce tyre wear and road damage.

5. Leaf Spring Bushes

The leaf spring and link rod form the connection between the axles and chassis, bearing radial and torsional loads.  The bushings reduce vibration and allow free relative movement, ensuring correct roadholding and improving driving comfort.
